The wine is crafted from grapes sourced from the most renowned vineyards of the Esclans Valley. Harvesting takes place at night to avoid the daytime heat. Once received, the grapes are hand-sorted and then carefully evaluated using an optical sorting machine to ensure and maintain the highest quality.
